A bi-annual convening of leaders to consider policy regarding a seemingly intractable social issue from a contemplative perspective. A Spirit-inspired dream of the future, combined with dialogue from a posture of open receptivity will allow socially innovative possibilities to emerge.
An annual immersion trip to areas where people experience various forms of oppression, creates opportunity for participants to receive wisdom from those who live "on the margins" that can inspire and inform action for justice.
Fostering Spiritually-Informed Social Change
Opportunity for Christians to reflect on what it means for them personally to follow Jesus, who stood for justice and compassion against the forces of empire.
Challenging Christians to Explore Social Implications of Their Faith
An annual conference providing opportunity for learning and reflection with a noted theologian presenting in the area of Christianity's call to confront the forces of domination and injustice. An expected outcome of each gathering is an organized public witness planned by participants.
